File Too Large to Upload?
#1
Not sure if this is the right place to ask about this, but I was trying to submit my first model, and kept getting this error upon submission:
Quote:Sorry, the file you attempted to upload was too large. Please make sure it is smaller than 250M and try again. Consider splitting your submission into multiple parts if necessary.
The .zip is only 6.43 MB, so I'm not sure why it's not going through. I was following the submission guidelines, included icons, and used the model checker tool, which came back with no errors. What can I do to fix this?

That's actually kind of a catch-all error and it triggers if the upload script completes but no file was detected (which usually, but not always, means that it was too large and the server rejected it). In this case, it might be timing out or it might have just been a fluke because that size is definitely well under the limit. Are you getting that message consistently?

So it turns out the reason it wasn't accepting it was because the contents were in another folder within the .zip file. I reorganized the files and that seems to have worked. Thank you for your help!
