I decided to rework on Klonoa's moveset and only include his Klonoa Heroes weapons on his other moves, other than the Special Moves themselves, tell me what you think of this moveset instead:
Standard Special Move: Inflate
It's kind of like Yoshi/Gooey's B move. Klonoa launches a ball of energy of short range that pops out and then goes back in. If it hits an enemy, the enemy will get sucked in, and Klonoa will walk around with a baloon of the enemy sucked in. Klonoa is slightly slower, but his movements aren't that limited- he can jump and walk, but can't double-jump or run. Although Klonoa has much more movement freedom when he has an enemy in than, say, King Dedede, if you take a while to throw the enemy, he'll pop out of its baloon form and will cause you some damage and knockback. When you have the enemy inflated, press B or A to throw the enemy out. If you double-jump, Klonoa will perform his Wahoo Stomp with the inflated enemy. Pressing B or A while tilting up (not jumping, just tilting up) will make you shoot the enemy upwards.
I was thinking that maybe on a Team Battle match, Klonoa can inflate his partner and be able to walk around with him inflated without any time restriction, and when he throws his team partner, the partner still recieves damage, but much less.
Side Special Move: Wind Bullet
It's like the Standard Special, Inflate. Klonoa shoots a ball of energy that works like a boomerang, but it doesn't inflate (just gives damage) and has a much wider range, working more like Link's boomerang than Yoshi/Gooey's tongue. Klonoa can't move while using it, unlike Link, but can tilt the projectile up and/or down some. Plus, this attack is a bit more powerful than Link's boomerang.
Up Special Move: Wahoo Stomp
Klonoa summons an inflated Moo and throws him down with his ring, quite like Sonic's Spring Jump. When used non-airbone, Klonoa will just summon an inflated Moo and throw it to the side he's facing.
Down Special Move: Whirlwind
Yes, that stupid new skill from Klonoa Wii non-jap version. Still, a good move can be pulled off from that shitty addition. Klonoa will perform a spinning attack like Link's, but it's more of a combination of Link's with Luigi's. It's range, attack power and attack speed are more similar to Link's Spin Attack, but it moves up just like Luigi's Luigi Cyclone.
Midair Jump:
Something I must note is that Klonoa's midair jump is of him flapping his ears. It works kind of like Yoshi's midair jump, but it's slower, and is a bit more horizontal than vertical.
Button "A" Combo
First, Klonoa deals a punch, then a kick that goes vertically from the ground to the air, and then a slash with his Wind Sword.
A + Dash: a thrust with his Wind Sword
(Airbone) A: Klonoa sticks his body horizontally and spins vertically with it in place.
(Airbone) A+^: Sticks out his ring upwards and does an energy blast with it.
(Airbone) A+>: Klonoa spins in the air with his Wind Sword.
(Airbone) A+v:
this, but with both hands closed. (reference to Klonoa: Beach Volleyball)
Side Smash: Klonoa smashes up to down with his powerful Wind Hammer
Up Smash: Klonoa lifts his two, big ears and clap them above his head.
Down Smash: Klonoa turns upside down and spins with his ears flapping out, increasing the attack range.
Grab: I decided that Klonoa's grab will just be a regular grab, since the B move is already his inflation move.
(After Grab) A+ >: Klonoa throws the opponent and throws a Wind Boomerang (which is more like a shuriken, but whatever) at him.
(After Grab) A+ <: Klonoa does a Bicycle Kick and throws the oponent diagonally down, useful when you're near a cliff and facing it in the opposite way.
(After Grab) A+ ^: Upwards Throw with his Wind Shield.
(After Grab) A+ v : Klonoa smashes the foe in the ground and shoots spiky balls at him.
Final Smash: Tornado Attack
Klonoa starts spinning really really fast, making him float in the air, as you control him floating around, a huge tornado rages under him, this tornado is only generated when Klonoa is over a platform or the ground. You can also control Klonoa not only sideways, but up and down too. When Klonoa is close to the ground, the area that the tornado occupies is obviously smaller, but it's much stronger, however, he's really slow. When you're far from the ground (but still over it), Klonoa can fly really fast, and therefore, the attack can hit foes very easily, and is very spammable, however, it deals very little damage. When Klonoa's not above any platform or ground, he spins around much faster.
Taunt1: Shouts "Wahoo! Dupurudu!", and crosses his arms, while his ears flaps out, like in Klonoa 2 and the Klonoa Wii remake.
Taunt2: Huepow appears out of his ring and flies around in circle around Klonoa while Klonoa is smiling and trying to have his eyes following Huepow.
Taunt3: Sits down and flaps a white flag, like when he loses a life in Klonoa: Door to Phantomile.
