Honestly, I think the Waluigi here is just too big. Waluigi in the little in-game comparison is in his natural standing position, right? If he were to take the stance Ton suggested, his knees bent and all, he should be shorter. The head is mostly to blame me thinks since it's pretty big. The head Solink used fits better imo.

He has his knees bent in the size chart too, although not quite as much

Exactly why I said "natural standing position." Ton's suggested stance involves a very large amount of bending, and if you did that you'd end up being shorter.
