I was trying to base the anatomy off of his Brawl model.

Looks awesome, Frar. Here's the real question; when Wal uses his FS should he shout "Waluigi time!" or "Take this, Mr. Eyeballs!"

I think Waluigi time would fit best, since it's his FS. Actually, "Waluigi time" works best with AngelGlory's FS while "Take this, Mr. Eyeballs" works better with HyperSonic's.
