Probably a regular walk. Some of his animations might be frame by frame though

I think he holds it in his right hand

Plus that's a strange way of holding it. It should be more on angle.

But is he gonna hold it the whole time or does he just take it out when he uses it? I'd prefer it if he didn't have it the whole time.

Well from what I remember, Waluigi is only a tad shorter than Bowser.

And look:

Bowser might need to be slightly bigger then...or Waluigi shorter but he'll look odd then.

Bowser's hunched over anyway. The size chart I saw Bowser was standing straight.
