It becomes apparent he probably ripped these from http://projectpokemon.org/imagedex/ . The way the sprites are organized, and the distance in-between frames are all the same as the shiny overworlds in the image dex.

Comparing the bulbasaur on his sheet(top) to the bulbasaur on Project pokemon(bottom), its pretty obvious.

Okay then, I take back my comment. Perhaps you'll be the one to get those shiny overworld sprites, Dragoon?

Well, that is unfortunate.
At least we know what to look for now just in case it happens again, and more of a reason to get it up on the site.
