I agree.

It should be every move. Along with him going to the toilet as his down smash.

And he should be in his shirtless costume.

You DO realize that nobody's going to get the correlation between "shaking the beam sword like a flashlight" and "masturbation" unless they actually played No More Heroes, and even if kids do get the joke, adults will be like "Oh it's okay, my child just has a childish mind" and not give a shit?

So what's the problem?
I always thought that was funny in No More Heroes.
I'll just say right now I didn't think of it as anything but flailing the sword up and down, but I only saw it once. Still, the thought didn't occur to me until it came up in this thread.

That and this is a fucking flash game

How many parents will give two shits?
The solution for the battery shaking is having him shake it in one hand, away from his crotch, instead of with two hands wildly shaking it in the region of his pelvis. There, problem solved.

And he totally does shake the sword like that, but only at first during his recharging.
He does shake it with one hand for the entire first half of the animation, and if for some reason you aren't fully charged by then he does a 2-handed shaking motion.

I thought we agreed this is not going to be a "fuck it let's do what we want" game and try to make it professional. Think about what Nintendo would do in this situation and then do it.

I know how much you guys loooooooove NMH, but stop massaging its balls for two seconds and remember that this is a Smash Bros game.

You're right let's replace Travis with Pac-man
You know, the fact this isn't an official game means we be a little lenient with this. But if it really bothers you I suppose, if others agree, we could exaggerate how he does a two handed charge where he shaking it up and down at a bigger angle.

EDIT:
Also, how he enters. I saw he had a motorcycle. Is he gonna ride in on that, or will it seem too much like Wario's? In which case, I never really liked Wario's entry anyway.
I like the bike entry Idea bazzoka. Why do we even need him to do the charging thing anyway? I just thought It would be a cool taunt.
I thought his entrance should be exactly like the one in NMH - he walks slowly, he takes out his sword and spins it while the sword opens itself up, and the sword turns on, and after that, Travis just does his battle stance.

It'd make for an interesting gameplay element? It's a better idea then "let's make him like Ike"

Also, as for the whole suggestive katana charging thing, we can just go with the one-handed animation. It would take away any possible notion of innuendo and Travis as a character won't really lose anything in the process.
Whatever works for those who have played NMH. Never played it so I was just going by short videos of gameplay and whatnot.

Zoo- Because it makes him that more unique than just a fast sword user.
