Felicia was done using Yellow Iris from Battle Circuit as a base. Michelangelo was edited to resemble his 23K incarnation.
and a mockup to show how they look.

BTW, the sprites of Shredder & Hun come from this game by Ubisoft, while Tokka & Rahzar are from the arcade version of TMNT: Turtles in time

Mikey needs to be lankier and sharper. Basically, less of a recolor.

And don't you mean "edits" instead of "customs"?

That felicia is a good example of a well made edit.
