Now,

if they did more with the Subspace Emissary (ie. adding actual enemies from other games instead of coming up with freaking new ones, etc.), I would have been happy.

And they REALLY should have added freaking Simon Belmont. He would have been perfect for Brawl, both in the Brawl modes AND in SSE.

It made me a little disappointed that all the characters were so easy to unlock and, to top it off, only have 35 characters total. I mean, if they had 40, I would have been happy. You know, like adding King K. Rool and Mike Jones and bringing back Mewtwo and Roy (and they had Toon Link, so why not Paper Mario?).
What they really should've done is completely fuck SSE and utilize that time/effort on more characters and stages.

But I guess it doesn't matter to me personally, as apparently Ridley really is too big after all. Cry
Heck, I'm a Sega fan, and I enjoyed Hrawl (I was interested before any rumors concerning Sonic's inclusion became prevalent).

I'm one of the few that actually liked the new enemies introduced in SSE. I wish they would have dropped Bowser's cronies completely. To me, it gave the game some more personality. It took a step away from the "every character and all their paraphenalia all the time" feeling of Melee.
The SSE was right on. I mean jesus. They could add every single fucking enemy from every fucking Nintendo game and it wouldn't make any difference. Not to mention franchises like F-Zero and Star Fox, which is extremely hard to emulate.

I kinda got my hopes up when I saw the Goddess from Kid Icarus (Can't spell her name right now), Hammer Bro the Enemy (who was also the first assist trophy revealed), and Rayquaza. I mean we all thought that this was gonna be a huge fucking Nintendo world inhabited by every Nintendo Character ever existed. Instead, we got Nintendo Heroes versus Ganondorf and Bowser.

But with the amazing cinema scenes, and the small bit of fanservice that we got (Fuck guys, THE PIG KING! RAYQUAZA! RIDLEY! Jesus christ the bosses we got more than make up for the lack of minor enemies), it honestly wasn't scrap it horrible.

And people who complain about the lack of characters? Fuck guys, 35's enough. I mean, I've owned the game for like 4 months and there's some characters I haven't touched. In fact, I only played ZSS the other day (Jesus she's an awesome character).

Also, I'm just adressing this now. Because most people haven't played Binding Blade (How could you, it's a Japanese Game...). Roy is one of the worst characters in the entire Fire Emblem Franchise. His game was not recieved well at all. Not to mention every game after it was recieved poorly due to the scrubbing down of the franchise for Americans.

And Startropics is an American game. Made in America for Americans. Wasn't even releaced in Japan. How can a character from a video game that wasn't releaced in Japan be in a japanese developed video game?

Either way Gentlemen, I like Brawl!

Are you kidding ? I have got a lot of KO's with Isaac.
I agree that it's alot better than Melee

I get a big fat cero

Actually agree with most of what you said here
I should've expected this from somebody like Tomster, but folks.
