No, you haven't organized this. And attachments are allowed however they are frowned upon outside of Sprite Submission. Use a website like this or this to upload them, then just put the [img] code into your post. No one has to download anything. c:

Please stop reporting when people give you good advice, it's really a hassle, dude.
