yeah everything that happened on exc after 2006 was basically awful

you are correct in your perception, actually

around late 06 everything went downhill as ExC split into two divisions, one which relied entirely on mocking the other for fuck knows what reason so the entire thing just collapsed on itself because of drama

what happened in 06 was Bean was not a happy bean.

and everyone just decided it would be the pinnacle of internet humour and bring about side splitting laughter to mock him for this, which to this day I cannot even begin to fathom what would compel one to do so but I suppose superiority complexes just work that way
