Ok, my Toad sheet is currently on hold...again...And My Sonic sheet is canned...

So I thought, why not just start with something easy and fun for once?

I need criticism and help with this sprite before I start the sheet itself.
New color pallet suggestions are VERY welcome at the moment.


BTW~ When I ask for criticism, I don't want a gigantic wall of text...T_T
Also, I will not be changing Mario's head SIZE, that doesn't mean head shape...And it certainly doesn't mean I'm trying to dodge any criticism...

The width of the Arms and Legs both bother me.

Legs = To Wide
Arms = To Skinny

Sorry but if I've been trying to shrink his head for an hour. And eveytime I try, it always ends up looking awkward....
Do you think you could do it for me as an example?

mario's head is soposed to me that big.

Mabey you can make him a little skinnier, like the sonic from Sonic the Hedgehog 1?

Anyways, I've put up a comparison of Sonic and Mario...:

I think Gorsal's suggestion was the best thing to do. Because after looking at Mario and Sonic right next to each other in the same game, I found out that their heads are the same size, except Mario's is bigger by an inch!(XD what a coincidence!!!)

I know what he's talking about. But:

1.) That's also apparently what Nintendo thinks of Italian plumbers as-well.

2.) Ha! You want realism on Mario? I've never seen hedgehogs that are blue, have sticks for legs, cyclops eyes, green pupils, gloves, shoes, 4 spikes and a tail, no neck, no shoulders, and run at 700MPH.

3.) I ain't gonna fix it if he acts/points it out all sarcastically like THAT...He ruined my other SMB3 Sonic topic just like this... So, this time, I'm just gonna ignore him so I can get some more work done.
