I'm too stupid to explain shit so I made an edit...
The bodies movement looks great, but the antenna looks too jumpy.
I'll try fixing the antenna. Here's an update on the Pikmin!

I think the antenna should be slower. Maybe his full cycle is two "bobs" and on the first the antenna flops forward, and the second it goes back?

The antenna leans forward way to much IMO. I should bounce, but not that drastically.

I think the antennae bends a little too much.. make it a little more stiff.
Also: Where the hell is the green Pikmin from?
Since NinspriterX works at Nintendo, Miyamoto gave him a look into Pikmin 3.
yeah, the bob looks a little weird. when it comes down the antenna appears to grow a bit in its curve.
