I don't see why not. "Spic" is an offensive term for Hispanic, so I don't see why "Flip" couldn't work as an offensive term for Filipino.

The only offensive term for hisipabics I know is wetback, but i guess that only works for people from mexico

If I recall correctly, "Wetback" refers to mexicans swimming across the Rio Grande.

So in other words, "Spic" is a general hispanic term.
