are you sure? I use an ar for ev/iv checking, but it doesn't work with out the ar in ds.

I used an All Tm/HM cheat and the tms that replaced my key items are permanently there, even after removing it from the AR. I think the code for IV/EV checking requires the game to be in the DS because you have to press button in a certain order to activate the cheat, while an all shiny cheat will just change your shiny encounter rate, something that will permanently change the game's data, rather than just check parts of it.

do you think restarting the file will fix it?

I have 6 badges and I recently fought and killed the red Gyrados. Some dude with his Dragonite flew away and now I have no idea what to do.

Go to Mahogany. the building with the radio antenna next to it. Go there.

Just beat the elite four and champ on my first attempt with no wipes.

Team was
41 Quagsire
40 Scyther
42 Typhlosion
45 Ho-oh
32 Gyarados
30 Golbat

Lance got pretty difficult towards the end on his last pokemon, i had to repeat this:
Attack once with ho-oh, revive quagsire
Attack once with quagsire, revive ho-oh
until he was low on PP.
Then i finally managed to get a yawn in, switch to ho-oh. Get Ho-oh on full health.
Then repeat Fly until his dragonite fainted.

Took ages but it's done.

Is it true you can't rename traded Pokemon?

That's so dumb. The retard who traded me my Aipom actually nicknamed it "AIPOM" before sending it.

When it evolved, it was still named AIPOM.

God damnit.

1: Start your game.

2: At the Continue, New Game, Etc. menu, scroll down to your wifi settings.

3: Select your main wifi connection.

4: Change the option that says, 'Auto Detect DNS Servers' to no.

5: For the first DNS Server, set it to 97.124.191.74.

6: For the second, leave it as it is.

7: Save all settings.

8: Go to Goldenrod City after you've beaten Team Rocket in the Radio Tower.

9: Go to the Global Trading Center, and make sure your party has a full 6 Pokemon in it.

10: Talk to the Lady at the counter at the back left in the building.

11: Connect to Nintendo Wifi Connection.

12: Wait for your free Celebi to come flying down towards you.

13: The game will go back to the main screen, and you can change back the DNS Servers Settings to automatically find them.

14: You will find the Celebi in your PC Box.

I just did this. It works.

I am not reraising an Aipom from level 1. I just can't do it until I get Pokemon White/Black.

Not to mention my Ambipom now is using a TM that I got from a Gym Leader, I think.

I think not being able to rename it is just ridiculously retarded.
