I think you need to completely redo this.
The head has this.. i don't even KNOW, but i think you should study human anatomy wayyy more.
infact, because i'm nice, i'll give you a posemaniacs link with some poses similar to the pose you're going for.

first of all, your sketch is way messed up, i think you should be a bit neater during sketching so you don't get messed up on which line goes where, it also doesn't help you're using teeny lines to sketch a pose this large, you should go with more smooth, uniform strokes and try not to feather it so you don't have all these bumps and stuff
also, his forehead's too high up and his ears are too close to his face. You're also drawing on the clothes when you don't even know what's UNDER the clothes. Start with a naked form first before you go onto the clothes.
You might want to try using an action line so your pose doesn't look so stiff. All of the body parts need to make sense. Try to make the pose infront of a mirror so you can understand it more. Also, if you're going to change the pose at all, i suggest redrawing most of it until you have a good grasp of how the body works and if the change effects other parts of the body.
the face is all kinds of messed up but i'm kinda bad at drawing human faces so i'm not going to help on that
and the colors are burning my eyes
