Then I request all StarFox 1 submissions, save for the actual sprites, to be removed.
Um... Starfox 1 has a fixed camera. So all the rips from it is valid.

NSMB's rips are valid because many of the levels have a fixed 2-D camera (only the world maps and Mario/Luigi's end of level celebration use a 3-D camera).

Super Mario Galaxy uses a 3-D camera system, so all rips from it is invalid unless it's 2-D, textured, or anti-aliased/pre-rendered (pre-rendered like DKC sprites).

EDIT: Oh right. I now realized fixed cameras don't really mean anything after all.

In Star Fox 1 after you beat a level, the ships do fly into the background even while the camera remains fixed. ...Dang. This means all rips that aren't 2-D, textures, or pre-rendered will have to come off the site now.

But what's the point? Just because in-game it's technically 3D, doesn't give any difference in the sheet, or in use. What if I said this Boo Mario isn't 3D and just hand-drawn? What would be the difference in use? Absolutely nothing. Just because there are thousands of different ways to rip something, doesn't mean the ripper can't make one way useful. This sheet is not vectored. Just because it's different in the game, doesn't make any difference with this sheet. So if your really going to get picky about this, stick it in custom.

Not so fast!

"And before someone tries the whole "Donkey Kong Country was 3-D!!!" excuse, it wasn't really 3-D. The sprites were pre-rendered, meaning they're actually sprites, just with a good number of frames/animations taken from poses made out of a 3D model."

That's my point, this sheet has sprites with a good number of frames/animations taken from poses out of Boo Mario's 3D model.
3D Models? Not allowed. Textures, sprites? Yes.
Besides, what's on the sheet right now can technically be sprites, since they actually are NOT in 3D. They're just textured (pre-rendered, depending on how you look at it) and at a fixed-camera point. Usable? Absolutely. Legal? Not sure. Ask for an Admin.
If they are on the other website then why not quit all the whining and leave things be on this one?
DUED thems is some sweet rips how did you pull that off
I might have a request for you...
Agh, this stupid argument again...

I, for one, think the strictest definition of that rule about no models should be employed. As far as Broozer goes, I was against it getting accepted to begin with, so I'd think that should get removed.

Besides, as Girrr admitted... the sheet is incomplete as a rip of any sort, and calling it a custom work would just be thievery. Why accept a stolen or incomplete sheet? Just stick to the textures.
You could still find some use in it, well, if it was complete/ better lit.
