It's a little bit of hard work to animate, but I'll tell you how!
You draw a background in Paint, go to Save and save it somewhere.
Then you put sprites on it, go to Save As, and save it as a number so you remember when that frame appears.
Then make the sprites move or whatever, and go to save as, and save it as the next frame.
Keep doing this until you have enough, then open Windows Movie Maker.
Import all the frames (not the background) into it, then put them on the timeline.
Then publish the movie! I hope I helped

Story:
Mario goes Missing and Luigi has to find him
Luigi finds him but he is in Mobius (Sonic's World)
Sonic and Tails agree to help Mario and Luigi to get back to their world
Several characters have gone missing and others have been found in other worlds
Shadow is helped by Kirby to get back to Mobius
Characters:
Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toadsworth, Sonic, Shadow, Tails, Kirby, Metal Shadow, Metal Sonic and more
This is the most original story Ever!! I've seriously never heard of this story tens on hundreds of times. Keep it UP!

To be honest I can't really be bothered animating lol
In one part Sonic and Shadow have to go to Mushroom Kingdom and everyone thinks they work for Bowser so they borrow Mario and Luigi's clothes so that the Toads will think that they are The Mario Bros
Iceman404 is currently working on the Shadow wearing Luigi clothes sprites and a few others too
you should totally add kingdom hearts and master chief for epic winzords.
and a few twilight characters and harry potter and hanna montana
and the rage hard about the shit you just made
and erase everythign and then make a comic about justin bieber saving mushroom kingdom from tetris riding the metal slug
and it would be the best comic evar
be sure to have sephiroth as the main villain so cloud can come and save the day

Plus some help along the way, with
Pikachu, Lucario, Silver, Knuckles and a few more

The villians are Bowser, Metal Sonic, Metal Shadow(Main Villian), King Dedede, Eggman and a few others too
I can't wait for this, it sounds like it'll be nothing short of an epic story!
But you should also add Jessie and James to the villains list because you have no Pokemon villains!
