I'll be honest, I hate the bulborb's feet. can somone help me?
It looks like you don't know how to shade, that you're just adding more colors just because.
Well, actually, i was trying to shade it like the main light source was right in front of there face

No, you gradient'd it with the lightest shade facing the "lightsource"

that should give you a good idea about how shading works. if not, ask.

This Better?
Better, but still needs refining. Keep at it. One thing that's odd is that the highlight on his chest points in a direction I don't think it really should.. seems like it should be flipped, although I'd probably shrink it a bit too.

Smaller and flipped, better?
The highlight makes a bit more sense now, yes.

Shaded all the rest
I'm not gonna lie.
The original ones that you had going were much better.

And this is another new thing.
But since technically you did go back to spriting pikmin (and actually appear to be listening to crits) I'll give you a pass.

You should get rid of those black outlines. They look out of place.
For example, use a really dark shade of red on the nose and arm rather than black.
Same with yellow's ears, etc.
And holy shit, hue shift that yellow
[Image: PikminSprites1-2.png]

Added a color to the pallet and re-hued the yellow pikmin
by hue shifting, he meant not to simply lower its luminosity

I suck at explaining about it, so try searching 'hue shift'
