The people that are running the "servers" switch the Pokemon out occasionally.

Actually, I just thought it stopped, just entered the code and tried, and I got it.

I wonder if said event Milotic is breedable.. I could get semi-legit shinies easier that way... theoretically. Really the odds are still slim to none, just half of slimmer to none.

I'm sure it's breedable.
