I have enough badges for the Luxray. And I honestly wouldn't know what a good set of IV/EVs for it.

Just wondering, can you make shiny Pokemon? Or are you focusing on mainly event stuff?

He made Tyvon a shiny Zangoose and making me a shiny Luxray.
