i dont understand why they suddenly thought the eds were cool?
because he admitted to lieng about his brother? or because he kinda accidentally knocked his brother out with the door?

first they sympathized w/ him when he got beat up, and then i think he became cool b/c he knocked him out
He got cool/accepted when he was hurt on the floor (After the brother incident) and sadly confessed everything (His lies) and so they accept him for confessing.
That movie wAs a better end to it than that lost episode where it tried to pass them off as old guys reminising.... I think I spelled that right :/
