And this, was my first attempt at sprite effects. At least I knew not to upload .BMP files back then. I got more old-as-fuck sprites but they are horrible.

I can't find my 2001 work (which is when I started spriting) It was an edit of Rex from SMW and a Koopa riding a horse. But here are my 2002 sprites which were accepted into Ninsprites!

The Idea was that instead of Gyms, you would fight a bunch of teams, ala Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, more Emerald, since you face both teams...Also, 'Shaide' inspired a newer character of mine seen Here

More Pokemon

This is most likely my first Pokemon Project...Why did I used to completely outline with the Darkest shade? Actually, I think I thought it looked better...

Closer to when I started doing customs, rather than Recolors and edits, I thought everyone had their own 'style' they were good at...apparently, I thought KH: CoM was the one style I was good at, but obviously, I was wrong...:

Digging through my old CD backups I found my very first serious edit ever, from early 2002.
It's a MM7 Freeze Man edit and the least said about it, the better.

oh and back then I assumed that everyone just edited sprites for their webcomics
