Right now I've gotten all regular and Green stars, and I beat the Grandmaster Galaxy. Is it just me, though, or is the last comet taking forever to appear?Does your Bank Toad have 9999 Star Bits?
No I kinda stopped collecting them after a while D;
Thanks for the heads up, though!

It's not really that problematic for me. I'm gonna max out my Star Bits long before I even get to the Grandmaster Galaxy. I've got 140 Stars and 9173 Star Bits so far...

Heres some helpful tips to get to, and be prepared for that last star:
Full extra lives- Go the the Supermassive Galaxy and get to the Koopas. Backflip onto one of their backs and bounce on it nonstop. After a while each jump will earn you an extra life which will easily add up.
999 Starbits- Go to the second mission of Melty Monster Galaxy. Stand at the edge of the ramp and collect all the starbits with your pointer, after which you will use the ramp to get to the main area. When you land DO NOT touch the check point. Grab the Rock Mushroom and destroy the plants here (I just take out the left and right row to save time), after which you will roll along the track and collect as many starbits as you can, then fall off. Repeat the process until you have 999. At this point the Cosmic Guide should appear (even if you already have the star here). You can use her to beat the level, or if you are good enough you can beat it yourself.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 is the culmination of over 20 years of Mario gaming into one fantastically-designed and creative platformer. Read out Cleveland Launcher 460CC Driver review.

The Throwback Galaxy certainly looks rather impressive, I do wonder why the developers chose that level instead of others. It would have been interesting if they would have chosen the Rainbow Ride instead.

I could be wrong, though.

This
Personally though, I would have rather wanted to see three of the SM64 levels together

i would literally die if the throwback galaxy somehow also included dire dire docks and tinyhuge island
like one level for each different star
like one level for each different star

Bob-omb Battlefield would've been awesome (and as Bryan said so would the TinyHuge Island) but the reason I think Whomp's Fortress was chosen was because, like almost every other Galaxy in the game, they could throw a Black Hole under it...Plus everyone would be familiar with it

they can literally make "Super Mario 64 HD"
and it would sell millions.

Too many people complain about remakes these days. At least from my experience.
