Looks good, except his mouth looks to MS Paint Autoshapey.

The position looks just a little unnatural. I think it's the arm and hand holding the bat more than anything else.

The arm with the bat looks odd and he has too much air hump (his pelvic area is leaning forward more than his body), But the shading is lovely

But his skin tone is too yellow.
