By the way, do you rip these per save files or directly from the rom?

I dumped directly from the game files itself. I used a dumper, a FFX/X-2/XII model viewer and 3DRiper DX
FF12 is even easier than FFX/X-2, it's textures don't have as much palettes so it's much easier to assemble.
