Did you have ci_bmp open if so thats why it wouldnt let you rename/delete even if your administrator it wont let you change something thats open (even tho it says you need permission it still wont let you) just close the folder ci_bmp

Well now I deleted it, I have restarted my PC..
So, you got some tip for only GET the congratulation's screens?
like i said before use start at master hand code. Beat master hand. Then when the credits are almost done turn on dump textures. then let the congrats screen load. pause the emulation. then the congrats screen should be put into the folder png_all there will be some others but not as many as if you were to dump textures from the begining of the game

I know these on beggining of game, It's FOX/MARIO/LINK and another one (if I remember)...
Also, give me the code to master hand, I didn't found!
It should be under, Story Mode and then Skip to Master Hand
but if you dont have it hear it is
Skip Straight To Master Hand 800AD347 000D
have the code on and then when you start story mode the first and only fight will be master hand
