Tho it does if the game is an rpg, but in this case were talking about kirby.
this is nonsense
could you try saying this again
anyway.
a lot of shit to do doesn't automatically make something good, bro
thats what I'm saying
it is something that you "get right", it isn't something that progressively gets better the more there is - there is either too little to do, in which case the gameplay concepts are wasted and potential is lost, or there is too much to do, and the gameplay concepts are padded and dragged out longer than they should be
length, simply put, has no bearing on the quality of the game concepts themselves.
nah it's okay kat we have it under control now i don't think boo's raging atm it got more chill!!! you're a little late maybe
Maybe, I dunno I'm kinda tired and busy with other things.

I agree with you completely, all I'm trying to say is, Amount of things in a game is important, but its not the deciding factor.
Quote:Yeah doesn't sound /rageful/ at all, now stop backpedaling and shut up.
Seriously just shut up. Enough with the argument.
lol that was pretty much a joke not rage. and the only reason i was saying it like that because when i first saw those gamecube shots back in the day, thats all that stayed in my mind until i was going to see the next kirby wii game, and yeah.

and i was saying that a lot of things doesn't make a game good, which is basically what he was saying
in fact a lot of things usually makes a game bad
its not really the same thing
a good comparison that helped me understand the "length doesn't always = better" concept for video games
we never do the same thing with books and movies
for some reason we can accept that those can just do what the yneed to do and be done, not that more equals better
we should learn to accept this with games: the game designers have a plan and sometimes a short game can be a part of that!! if it does what it needs to in that time
not every game needs to take months of playing

thats why you sounded angry throughout your post. Caps and swearing gneerally mean angryness but whatever.
Let's all shut the fuck up and discuss something a bit more useful
like
oh, I don't knoBULLETSTORM
just thought I'd point out that epic is not misused in the title of that Kirby game. Yarn can also mean story, so the title implies that it's an epic, like Beowulf
im looking forward to epic mickey

that makes the title less bad
