Well you could have moved them down a tiny bit more and make the arm less under them and maybe they would look more like boobs.

Also no, Bidoof is the worst pokemon I like beavers but I hate bidoofs. (Plus I wasn't trying to slander your art when I was saying that I don't like Bidoofs, I was just saying I don't like Bidoofs~)
