Apopholus "Inferno" is a thief from Greece that stole the Olympic Torch. He, being also a skilled blacksmith, crafted a helmet with the olympic torch, in the hopes that having the torch with him, he would have the power of the Gods.

He needs more standard looking sandals and less elf ears. Rad otherwise~

I'm guessing that you drew a shinx personification, changed your mind, and drew a human diglett instead (judging from the filename).
