Is it just me or does this sheet contain an unnecessary amount of duplicate frames? It could be that there are tiny differences but then they're pretty tiny.
Uhu. Looks like a full animation cycle with looping sections being repeated instead of occuring only once with a label (the frames also don't follow a grid, but are just there with variable gap sizes) - for example, after the second marked box, there's a sequence with a five-frame cycle repeated a few times.
Yeah many people do that instead of just saying to loop so and so multiple times, or instead of explaining if a frame is used elsewhere (like frame X is used after frame Y, then continue to frame Z etc.), they repeat it like 5 times throughout the animation. That's just Magicker's way of doing it I guess. At least we have the sprites right?
Yeah that's cool, it is handy in some cases, if you know the game's framerate then you can make an animation at exactly the same speed. I just thought to mention it just in case it wasn't desireable.

With how unreliable browsers are at playing gifs at the right speed I wouldn't really say that worked...
On 'topic' duplicate frames are sometimes needed for readability, it's only when frames are duplicated because the sheet it badly organised or caused by overlapping sprites (sorry to bring it up AGAIN but that DarkStalkers 3 dropping the apple sheet really annoys me) that it becomes an issue. BUT even then that can be acceptable if an animation is on a sheet twice with and without 'special effects' (such as electricity bouncing around their body etc.) as the 'user' of the sheet would have no way to accurately used the 'special effects' with the sprite otherwise.
It's the line of "how the crap am I meant to put these together/What is going on here?" Vs "why the hell is their the same sprite 6 times?"
Been getting this today, happens with every tag. Dropdowns don't work at all.
I'm using Firefox 16.0.1 on Windows 7 64-bit, just so you know.
Looks like Mozilla is back at doing a great job, yes.
Chrome and Opera still do it, looks like they messed up something in Firefox again.
myBB on the topic:
possible quick-fix. WIth the amount of themes we have that may be quite some work to change in each of them.
Their bug report page on this issue.
Okay so apparently Firefox (and Opera too possibly) added some "MicroData" whatever API stuff that effects JavaScript in a way that a "itemType" property used by myBB is now an actual thing of something else and not something you can use freely, thus code is misinterpreted.
(in editor.js, all "itemType" occurences would need a new name, basically.)
I usually just manually type out my tags anyway.
Im using the afresh holiday skin and the video on the top of the skin has been deleted by the youtube user
It is a JPEG.
PS: Uploaded the actual sheet and not the jpeg preview. Also took the liberty of changing the background colour to something that doesn't clash with the sprites.
My long research of Shikigami no shiro 3 sprites bring me here, the "endings" .rar is ok,but the "mugshots"...I downloaded an empty .rar! (
This,I don't know if someone else noticed,i have to admit that i don't read all the topic.)
Someone must have uploaded what they thought was the direct link to the file but it really wasn't (btw it wasn't me this time
).
Have you asked Magma Dragoon if they could reupload those, Mighty Jetters? I found the submission post, but the files are gone.
Oh, I didn't even check the section
I'll go do that now
