if they have all the megaman universes this game could be fucking amazing
if not it will probably be somewhere between lame and mehhh
"we couldn't make it for the wii as the file size didn't fitted the wiieare service limitation".
TMMN says "In addition, Holmes notes that Seth confirmed that Universe will feature not only polygonal artwork, but sprite-based as well."
Um. By artwork does it mean in-game stuff? Like you can change the graphics, the way they wanted to with 9? Or just certain elements will be polygonal and some will be sprite-based? ...
judging by the bad artwork direction this has shown so far, i'd say both at the same time.
i'm gonna guess that the HUD and menus will be sprite based, and everything else will be polygonal
Watch it end up being actual sprites.
From the NES era.
Completely unchanged.

Thank God - custom characters are in this game. There may be hope yet. But what the fuck did they do to Roll?
she accepted cutman as her favourite brother.
and started playing pop'n music.
edit: i love custom characters and all but its waaay more suited for mmbn. ):
I really got a feeling that the custom characters are going to be really limited in terms of features.
It feels like Cocoron with the swapping of heads, bodies and weapons. (Cocoron, curiously enough, had a development team that at least partially went on to make Little Nemo: The Dream Master, a Capcom game).
i can already tellyou that all the fanboys would buy the game to create their fancharacters versions of megaman.
Hey, if I could get Vile's head and shoulder cannon on Metool feet, I'd buy it in an instant.

Now the game looks a lot more better-looking! I hope there are lots of ways of customizing and different sorts of gameplays with that customizing (Super Mario Crossover style, like someone else said in this thread)
Also don't go hating on that Roll, I like the Pop'n Music style on her. It's good that they aren't re-using the simplistic artwork style of the first Megamans and trying other stuff :I
