It's kinda sad that Nintendo re-used most of these models for the later Pokémon games (Colosseum, XD, Battle Revolution) instead of making new ones... Nice work, nonetheless, but a few textures seem a bit odd (like the ones for Magnemite/Magneton's eye, for example -- they're supposed to have black, not transparency).

Yeah, I don't know what that's about. It happens with a lot of them (Omanyte, Unown, etc.). I don't get it either, but it's fixed by making an opaque, which will make them their usual color.

I know in PS1 the default transparency color is the perfect black. Maybe the program you used extract or some in-game coding do that (turning black into transparency or vice-versa)
