this sprite is apparently a rip, so we've got multiple options here:

1-If you ripped this, then it's ok. It doesn't look it's missing any frames. Just reduce them into 1px size.
2-If you made that charge shot by custom, then holy crap, that's great. I really doubt it, though.
3-If you're trying to trick us saying that you made everything including Megaman, then give up.
4-If you got this from somewhere else and claiming as yours, then fuck off.

also, in mspaint go to Image > Stretch/Skew
set horizontal and vertical to 50 and click ok

I'm starting to think he's lying.

He apparently doesn't know how to shrink it down to regular size
But he knows how to make the sheet transparent. :/
(You can't do that in MSpaint to my knowledge. I'm confused here)
