A simple rhyme/poem description of a pokemon, you figure it out, whoever figures it out first thinks up the next poem. Try to make it difficult.

I live deep down, in the sea of blue...
My body glows, with a certain hue...
My fins aflutter, as if I flew...

I'd say by the fact that his eyes are closed and he always teliports as soon as you get into battle.

I wear a fat suit,
I eat, sleep and poot
Ya wanna give me the boot
I'm in your way but don't give no hoot
You try to use Pursuit
But ya just don't compute
That ya cannot commute
Through this blocked route
While I sit here mute
But ya gotta get the flute
from that ol' coot
