It's been pretty heavily suggested.

I say that if notch decides to add in stamina/hunger/etc, it should only be in a separate "hardcore" mode that can be turned on and off and scales with difficulty, just like the new Pro mode in Rock Band.

With that being said, I'd never turn on the realism bars.

I'm assuming it will use redstone as an entrance method.

i'm p sure there was a hell theme on the first versions of minecraft. and the lanters shouldn't be that hard to be made.

If its true what notch said about all existing torches becoming lanterns when the new update is released, it would be wise to make a huge 100x100 field of torches, then farm the lanterns after the update and save resources.

Here's my lovely fort that I built on top of my spawn point.


It has a lovely view of the Dragon's breath mountain watchtower.


with a convenient walkway leading to my greenhouse.


There's a ton of caverns, dungeons, lava, etc. underneath all of this. I was lucky to get this as a spawning place, it's awesome. I've built an underground waterslide to get through them quickly. I should try to record a youtube vid sometime of my pad.

MVW MCAdmin Mod

Extract this in a separate directory (for example MVWMCAMod) inside the mods folder of MCAdmin. For now it just adds simple commands like /gps (shows you the current location) and /measure (measures the distance between two points).

Basically /measure works like this. To set a starting position, use /measure start. Then, you can walk to any point and use /measure to measure the distance between starting position and current.
