google it? you got another pc?
Aaaaaaaaaand I just bought it. EXCITEMENT.

It seems to hiccup occasionally, (my PC is really terrible) but if it stays like it is now it should be perfectly bearable.

if you go in options you can turn down the draw distance and graphical intensity too if you want it to run even smoother.
multiplayer survival mode was released today? I didn't even know.
Okay so I know everything in this game looks like it's made of duplo blocks, but those monsters creep me the fuck out; I managed to build a house before nightfall (with barely enough light to put the door on) but I hadn't found any coal, so I was basically waiting around in a pitch black 6x6 room while all around said room is "URRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrr"
why can't i find coal

I spawned on the shore of a snowy island.

After making stone tools and mining, I was able to get half of a house up before nightfall, but with no light or roof, I decided to go collect some wood.
Luckily I didn't get attacked.

Day 2 went by and I got about 15 or so blocks down in a small strip mine, and got the top layer on my house BUT STILL NO COAL WTF
So with no light on night of the second day, I decided to wander around. I went out to the beach which was frozen over, and stupidly started attacking the ice until I fell in.
Needless to say, it was pitch black under the ice, and I somehow swam away from the opening and drowned.

When I respawned, it was sill dark and I needed tools, so I started digging straight down (yes, i know not to do that), pierced the roof of a cave, fell in, and couldn't get out.

I had to delete my file. Sad
look for caves that are in the sides of mountains and stuff. that's what i did.
SO I started a new file.

play on peaceful mode while you're establishing a base (no mobs) then go on hard when you're bored
then someone should lend me a chance to play this, one day :C
Yeah, I figured out to play on peaceful until I can get a house and torches set up.
Luckily since there are no mobs, even without torches I can continue to expand my mine in the dead of night.

Should I add torches to the outside of my house, for when I turn the difficulty up? Or will that not really matter much?
Yes add them. That way if you get lost, its real easy to spot hour house from anywhere high up at night.
Also it stops monsters spawning right next to your house
My save file would fuckin' terrify you guys, I have a set up that is super cash.

who wants it!!
