The only problem I have had with mobs inside is that they occasionally spawn in the hallways.

Yeah they can climb up walls. I think they only do it if they're close to you, though.

You can never have enough torches.

I always feel really bad when people make cool places to live in Minecraft

I usually just build a little hovel dug into the side of the nearest cliff and call it quits :v

I don't mind them spawning in my castle, their lives are short lived.

Gonna put a moat around said castle, to keep the spiders at bay.

Hey guys check out my basement.

I found a natural cave not too far from my rubbish little hovel, I started by building some bridges so I could get around more easily, and now it's pretty much my NEW HOVEL.






Not entirely sure what I'm gonna do with this big open space at the bottom. I was thinking of setting up little farm plots, but I'm not sure I want to mess with the natural waterfall(s) too much. Anyone got any bright ideas? :c

My sister had a glass house once and she made another and linked the two together with a glass tunnel. Then she made a basement out of a cave she found right underneath her house, and said cave eventually led to a dungeon.
