I'm happy I scrapped my first attempt before I wasted too much time on it

but his face seems a little off, idk how to explain it...

I think the face is lacking contrast between the skin and the mouth, making it difficult to read. It also looks out of style due to the total lack of outline.

For the head I would try something almost a little more "shark" shaped.
As for the rocks I think the lower side beside (/behind) his head is misshapen in a way that makes him not round anymore.

But uh yeah. #1 on your list should be his hands.

Definitely either #2 or #4.
I'd probably have to go with #2.

If PK's version counts, I'll go with 3, or the second version of C2B's.

Golem still needs a better hue similar to C2B's #2.

As for Raichu, it's colors need more hue shifting + contrast as well. Fix his pose, because it seems if it wouldn't even be focused in battle.

maybe the pose's okay (it doesn't look like PK is posing them for fight anyway: they're just trying to look cool).

The Golem looks okay for me now, though his hand throwing the rock looks kinda weird compared to the other. Also his leg pointing to us could have a lil' more shading. His skin tone could have more contrast too.
