Baccano was pretty fun to watch. Juggles a large number of characters pretty well. I like Durarara more, though I've not watched all of it (it's ongoing, right?)
I've not really watched much anime either. Only like, Ghost in the Shell (that first TV series, Stand Alone Complex, I think), Samurai Champloo and Paranoia Agent.
Paranoia Agent was fucking awesome; I need to rewatch it.
