grass looks kind of pillowed, and needs more contrast on both grass and the dirt. Size is alright, though.
And shouldn't this get its own thread?

Yea sorry if the colors are a little off my computer shows colors alittle different
I'm going to be honest with you...
You need to work on your palette choices and shading. As well as your levels of contrast and the way you form your shading around an object. It all looks bland.. Your line art though is quite well done. It could work as a decent base for the stage.
As you were saying a while ago that your 100x better than before..it may not be true, but I do see a small bit of improvement, which is great! Just keep working on your weak points at the moment, which are what I stated earlier: palette, shading, etc. I would suggest looking at backgrounds from Kirby games to better understand the color aspect of backgrounds.
That, and, please improve your general attitude. Don't talk about SSF2, don't talk about how this project isn't going anywhere, and just don't be an eternal pessimist towards this project. You've got potential, but you need to get your god damn act together first.
The grass does look pillow shaded quite a bit, yeah, but I like it so far, considering I really couldn't do stages if my life depended on it. Just needs a bit of tweaking, and it's otherwise bloody good if you ask me. There is one other problem though, your light source seems to be coming from the front if anything. I'm not entirely sure if it matters, but the light source for all our sprites has been from the upper right corner. Nonetheless, that was quite speedy work, thanks for that.
And yeah, PortalGuru, I see what you mean now, I must've missed that post.

You could've just disregarded my post and moved on to another subject, but no, you chose to respond in a negative fashion, in all capital letters too, mind you. In fact, you've just proven me correct in saying you've got some attitude issues here. Now, I would appreciate if your next post is
a) Not arguing with this one, or
b) In a lighter tone.
clash man you need to calm down listen to what they say it really can help they know what they are talking about

This is you being childish overall.
I was gonna give you a positive rep but becuase of that post you clearly do not deserve it yet. You have potential, which is more than what i can say for myself, don't let your own anger issues ruin it for you.

Ok dude I'm sorry but we have actually moved on and I'm helping you guys now
Much better. I'm neutralling you now until further notice, as I think you definitely show some potential.
Updates:
Are you using references at all when you shade? Your lineart is fine, but your actual shading is flat and formless. Your color palettes are also bad.
Try putting characters on the stage to see how well they mesh together. If they don't, you have a problem and you need to fix it.
Yea I see now and Like I said colors don't display right on my computer
can someone make me a palette?
Also, don't dither.
Ever.
Not until you learn how to do it properly. Dithering is a difficult technique to successfully pull off.
