You can recolor all the frames on an animated gif is you use Animation Shop Pro (The trial version works for half a year) if you use it to open the animated gif, select all the frames at once then use the recolor tool much like every other graphic editor prorgram does.

What recolor tool? I can't see it! Gah! I don't belive I am unable to do the simplest of all edits.
