ps that wasn't intended to be a joke, smash bros is one of the most basic fighters on the face of the planet and it's only popular because LMAO CROSSOVER XD

Actually, I kind of agree. I'm not a fan of ssb besides the fact that it's a crossover, ahaha. Brawl got old to me really quick

and how often do you see a fighter with items, a huge possibility of combos (that isn't really seen), and stages that don't force you to only move side to side?

Just wanna point out SSB is really more of a beat em up fighter then anything else, being a crossover don't matter as long as there are no bad characters in it in my opinion

man those are some Pretty Generic Things you're listing off there, let's analyze the big one

-Every character has a very minimal moveset. I realize you can combo with these moves, but when the entire game revolves around your ability to use the exact same 8ish attacks over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again, there is no possible way you will be able to prove that it's not a barebones fighter with a lot of glitter thrown on top

The Shining Gundam would make a cool addition

But he would work even more awesomely outside of brawl d:

the prince from katamari would work as an assist

now if only we got a katamari game on the wii

generic true, but you don't really see those in side scrolling fighters too too much.

SSB is addicting if not a great game though, hard to deny that. And that's why most people like about it.
