The text on the sheet is partly broken. Besides that, it looks like you have many useless garbage tiles on the sheet (+ incorrect palettes).

Heey buddy. You gotta rip this kind of think right, or not at all.

Theres an incredible amount of pixel 'junk' on the sheet that would be incredibly difficult if not ouright impossible to assemble. And yeah; the colours look entirely off - you're taking from the wrong palette.

Care to take a screenshot from the game and check each palette? I do this each time I rip from PSX
