well, it still doesn't resemble a kick at all. it looks more like his body is suddenly vomiting legs. it would work better if you had a line of motion to the "kicking" and made it resemble more of a real type of kicking motion. because it looks like he's just sticking his leg out only for it to grow a bunch of extra legs. it looks like it might hurt, but there's no real forceful impact that even a standard kick would have. it's more like, "oops, my legs came out."

i guess if you're keeping it that way, i would suggest "prepping up" frames and not make his body fall as his kicking leg does.

Yeah make a regular one foot kick and from the end of that kick the leg splits into a ton of legs. That's a good way to hand the multi-leg kick idea.

actually i think the idea is to make several legs spawn from his legs. akira's style.

i dont really get why anybody sees him performing any kicking motion at all (its supposed to be legs bursting out of his chest) and i don't mean to sound like a backpedaling dick but this is pretty much exactly what i intended

Not seeing the other leg is kinda hurting it a bit, you should probably add it

I am very very open to continue editing to improve this.

It took me a few loops to work out that her leg turns into a rifle barrel. Maybe make her leg in the neutral position somewhat rifle-like so it's more obvious - think Bayonetta's gunshoes.

Or planet terror.

For something animated to have a level of force to it, it needs to travel quickly, right?
So the best way to do this is to have the legs fully extended in the least amount of frames possible. Two frames is optimal for this. Then all you need to do is add some motion blur to fully represent the fast, forceful "kick" of the attack. Of course, you need to get rid of the motion blur in the next frame, but do not extend the legs further in the third frame. There needs to be a level of recoil after the kick.

Once you get that down, just close out the animation the way you have, and we can always critique it as you go~

It's looking more like a pelvic thrust than a kick,
