Made some progress on the scotsman, I did

looking good, i don't like the shape of jack's robe at the back though.

Katana's too small... what we have here is looking like a Wakizashi-

EDIT: Ohhhh....
Well, it still needs to be longer.
Just make it just a tad bit thinner and a little longer.
Then it is perfection.
Maybe some tweaking to the eyes, as well.. not so 30s cartoon looking.
