I love it, it could be one of those "novelty gimmick Pokemon" like Smeargle or Delibird.

I'm trying to come up with these Dark/Fighting type ninja Pokemon but I can't seem to get it quite right ^^'
One is a Raccoon ( Dog ) and the other is a Cat
Their names are Ninki and Ninko ( Ninja Tanuki Neko )

They're cute (especially the raccoon), but they look to much like Zorua.

I agree, that's why I'm trying to re-design them, they're supposed to be like Nidoran, the whole gender thing and all.

I'm not saying 'use these' but I figure that they could be a decent Starting point for newer Pokemon

...You could ignore the Gadget Rotom, and also the Ghost/Fire one because the exact same idea exists now (and is pulled off better), and since you guys already have fossils, the very plain T-Rex/Boat thing could be ignored

I remember those! some of them could be used if you ask me, it's just my opinion ^^

The animation was supposed to be longer but lol silly me, so now it's just a test.

New Ninko ( now she looks like Riolu lol )

Her design resembles a well known Kunoichi gi, she has a ponytail on her head, a kerchief around her neck, the pattern on her legs resembles pants and the fur sticking out her shoulders resembles a part of a gi's vest.
She could be this regions Riolu family ( starting with Gen.4 we started having popular mammal Pokemon who despite not being a legendary got their own movies )
She also has a move where she throws her kunai, it could only be used once, until it's PP is filled.
I call it Kunai Toss/ Dagger Toss

I accidently named the file Ninko.
I'm actually thinking of just making them Dark types.

OK, so for the Legendary Trio we've got the rock, paper, scissors idea
Well I was thinking maybe we could have three mythical horses based on the "Big Three" in Greek mythology, Zeus, Poseidon and Hades. The Zeus one could be based on a pegasus and be Electric/Flying, the Poseidon one could be based on a hippocampus and be Water. I haven't yet decided what the Hades one could be based off, but it could be Dark/Fire (because I was thinking its' mane and tail could be on fire).
I'll put some designs up later.
Also, if you don't like this idea, I could change it and make the horses be based off the Earth. One could represent the sky, one the sea and one the earth or ground.

Wow guys all the ideas are great!!!i really like it!!! anyways i have two ideas here the first one is a Hamster Pokemon this is going to be like our ratata this also knows the move stockpile and swallow. and the second is a lady Bug she looks like a humanoid like gardevoir and others pokemon they dont have names yet pls give me suggestion for the suited names for them and i hope i can join this project.(and sorry for the bad quality of the pictures)

The ladybird one doesn't look like a pokemon, and the hamster is just a hamster, it has no distinguishing features, perhaps try to think about what type combinations it could be, and work from there?

I like the "Big 3" idea. It could work really well.

About Ninko and Ninki, they look more like furries because they're holding real life items. First step would be to get rid of the kunai and shuriken, and incorporate their scarves into the design (like Honchrow/Murkrow and it's 'hat') instead of having it on the pokemon. Remember, no pokemon wear articles of clothing if it isn't incorporated into its design.

Right now, Ninki looks the closest to a pokemon, because he's made up of simple shapes. Most small pokemon are made up of few, simple shapes (ralts, marill, togepi, jirachi, manaphy, etc.).

Would you mind if I played around with their designs?

I have an idea for a legendary.
It would probably be found as a roaming poke or found in a hot spring-like area around level 40-50 (not meant to be part of the trio). Right now, it doesn't have a name, but it's based off of a crane and a turtle, which both symbolize long lives in Japan. So, the pokemon is based off of both a crane and turtle, as well as an old japanese man. The type isn't official yet, but I was thinking something along the lines of water/flying.

^I need help with colors, so please, feel free to try to think up a color scheme.

I would think a hot-spring would be Water/Fire type, which could work well with that design because of the steam eyebrows and the tortoise aspect. However I don't think it should be legendary, maybe just really strong and only able to be encountered like once or twice, like Snorlax or Rotom. If it's part Fire, then I would suggest the head, neck, and legs be light orange and the beak, eyelids, and collar around the neck/shell be either a darker orange/red or be lighter yellow. The steam could be light blue or grey, and the shell could be turquoise (darker and greener for the main shell, lighter and blue for the spots).


Also another idea for a Pokemon could be based off of Dolly the Sheep (the first successfully cloned sheep). Apparently Nintendo was planning on making a Pokemon based off of her (http://bulbanews.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Un..._interview), but decided against it due to controversy. But being a fan project, we don't really have to abide by any rules.

Got this idea yesterday.
