I personally don't think they should have levitate, they should just be flying type. They don't look like levitate pokemon, and they have wings. soo...

They don't have to be birds. Many people have interpreted Rock, Paper, Scissors in various ways.

Seems kind of big. Compare it's size to baby form Pokemon.

Ya, the sprite is definitely too big. Also should we be using the pallette and colors of actual pokemon, because I think it would make them look more like pokemon.

I don't know about the color scheme but you get the idea.

I really like that design. It really has the "Pokemon" feel. I actually like the color scheme, but the brown color could be more orange, I think that would look awesome. Or white, white could potentially make it awesome.

I would say that I think there are too many fins with spikes, but it fits perfectly with some already existing pokemon (I'm getting a Sharpedo or Huntail vibe from this guy. I dunno why, but its a good thing). Maybe you could try getting rid of the fin on top of his head, or making smaller or pushed further back? His head just seems clustered because it has the saw nose, the side fins, the top fin, and the tail all connecting to it. it could easily be just me, but it wouldn't hurt to try, right?

Oh, I didn't think it would be about the size of a Baby Pokemon, I used the size of Machop. Anyway I'll get round to editing it when I have time.

Nice pose, very dynamic. Machop being very human and lanky would make sense being bigger but this is a cute and compact Pokemon, so it's expected to be smaller.

That looks very messy, and doesn't give out a "Pokemon" feel. The design is all over the place, and it just seems totally random, like there was no real thought put into the design other than "TREES!".
