I wanted the three legendary Rock, Paper, Scissors, Pokemon to be Rock, Fighting, and Flying type. So they are all balanced. I'm still wondering if they might be better as Warriors instead of girls in dresses... hm...

Also the bacteria/ virus Pokemon should be pure poison I think.

Well those are questions that would be answered when people submit their designs. but first, we need to decide which concept we want to do.

I say we design the three legendaries. You don't have to post a design for all three, just one is fine. If we decide to do this design, no other designs for other concepts can be posted until it is done.
That way, all our attention will be on it.

Well do you understand the background of the Rock Paper Scissors legendary? It was an idea I originally had, I made the paper Pokemon look like an origami crane but with four legs. People didn't seem too excited. Then Nick changed them to birds. People didn't like that either. Finally Nick made them three girls, people actually were interested.

If I remember correctly wasn't the original origami pokemon some kinda bird turtle? If it's what I was thinking about, I enjoyed that ones design. Honestly, it looked like some kinda water ghost thing, although I may be thinking of something else.

I don't lile the girl concept. To me, we are better off with something on the lines of either 1. Animals, like what Koopaul said about the paper crane, we could think of things for rock and scissors, or 2. Pokemon that actually resemble the objects.

Now if we go to an animal approach, I think the scissors could be a rhino, as the horns being the scissors, and the rock...I don't know yet

I think they should be literal personification or animilification of either rock paper or scissors. The crane would be a good idea for paper.

I like the rhino for the scissors. We could also do a buffalo or a bison, since they have horns. Maybe even a stag.

I don't know for rocks, I will think of something.

EDIT: Ooh! Ooh! For thE rock pokemon, how about a crocodilee or snake with scales made of rocks/gems

Why can't the muses stay as they are? Gardevoir isn't an animal, neither is Alakazam just to name a few. I love the designs and think they should be confirmed. IMHO animals wouldn't be as good for this now that these concepts have been revealed. I absolutely adore them, and would be quite disappointed if they got canned. They make me think of Mesprit, Azelf and Uxie for some reason.

I'm agreeing with MJ because so far, all the Legendary Trios have looked similar to the others in their trio. But if the Rock, Paper, Scissors trio is based off animals, then it would just look like a bunch of animals that don't really have anything in common

I just feel that the musEs don't look enough like rock paper and scissors. They don't have enough details and features to make them look like rock paper and scissors.

Ok, but the current designs aren't final. They could be redesigned to look more like rock, paper and scissors

I just can't really tell which one is which, which bothers me since they have to be distinct.

Well the left brown one is rock, the middle is Scelete with the scissors on top, and... the last one... well I think it looks slightly paperish.

Rocks are perfectly round and pillow looking, I think we need to make it more rock and jagged like.

Honestly, the scissors are not visible. They are not scissor enough, because some people didn't even notice that.

Lastly, the third one does not look like paper enough IMO.

The idea of the muses is good, but they need to be more oriented towards their respective thing.

I do kinda agree with your thoughts about that, I'm just biased because of how cute they are, I guess.

Well, I had an idea and tried too stick with the muse idea. Here's the basic concept :

The hair are supposed to look like Skarmory's wings.
Thought the blades/arms looked like kimono sleeves, that's why i made the dotted line that way.
Also, i think the cloudy thing they have on their legs is pretty cool, gives em a more godly look.
