uhhh if she's 13 why is she an onee-chan she should be an imouto??
tell her to drop the anime and learn anatomy and after learning it she can try to stick some anime to it otherwise she wont improve at all also tell her to stay away from tutorials that teach her how to draw in a certain way (DA has assloads of them)

This is good stuff. Also, I don't see what's wrong with an anime art style, as long as she's not deliberately emulating some other artist or something.

Because it can put you into a lot of bad habits when you are trying to draw things in a non-anime style.

She is making Fullmetal Alchemist styled stuff way too much. While the show is good and all, only drawing in that style will be bad to her.

That all looks great, the anatomy in general all looks well done, although there's a lot of disembodied heads (which is what i tend to do because drawing a full bodies in some kind of fancy pose is a bit of a pain). Those light lines, it might be the scanner drowning out the lineart, I know mines a piece of trash and doesn't do it's job all that well.
